That would be very helpful. How would we go about this? I have a test forum of IPB 3.x setup where I can play around without causing problems on the active forum. Is this in the form of a hook? Although I think for the reasonable price you are asking for the program, I'd feel a bit guilty asking you to go to all that trouble.

Your rotating banners seems to be just what I'm looking for. I presently have a small php program that loads a random image in the branding section of IPB 3.0x that change on load. I'd like to have these fade and change about every 3-5 seconds. And since I change these images often I prefer not to have to alter any programming when changing images - now I just throw them into a folder. Here is a screen shot of how it is now.
