Yeah, I did a test post in a mod that I currently used to use for IPB 2.3.6 called Mediz Box v1.0.5 by NTD1712, who was the guru of ipb modding for 2.3.6. I then upgraded to IPB 3 sometime after, about 2 weeks later. I've been trying to get that app back ever since. And now I might be able to get here soon. Sacred from IPBEgypt.com is gonna be upgrading sometime, not sure on the date yet... but I'm still waiting patiently!! :D

Yeah. It does come in handy, and I use it for letting my customers know of my mod updates quicker than posting a new topic or blog entry. :)

The only game that had expansions, that were mainly mission add-ons, was the Red Alert game that came out in '97 I think. It has Red Alert, RA: Counterstrike, RA: Aftermath (RA: C & RA: A are the expansions). And you might be able to find the whole collection on Amazon.com. Yes, that function is currently disabled and is under development at the moment. But I have come across some technical issues with it; it currently only shows the ads on the first page of a topic; it loses its pagination. But with the new IP.Board 3.1, it might be possible to use that feature to its full extent that I extend it to do. :) And for what it does, it's supposed to show ads after the number of posts you choose. It choose to show ads after post 30, and ad will be placed after post number 30, ect. :)

Well, I can possibly add an option to only use primary, secondary, and both group types to check for permissions. Would that help? I like to accommodate for my customers needs. :) If that is something that will help you out, lemme know and I'll try some methods for primary, secondary, and both types of permission methods. :)

You should probably have the Super Moderators Group and Gold Group set to not see the ads. That would probably be the only way to get around the Primary and Secondary group checks.

Hello, The reason they can still see it is because the mod checks for both Primary Group and Secondary Groups. The only way to go around this to put them in a primary group that has the full effects of the secondary groups you are giving them. There are options to disable the ads per group/forum located in the ACP -> Tools & Settings -> System Settings -> NGMods Tab -> (NG30) Global Ads v1.4.1 - System Settings Yeah, I guess I can add that in the next release. :D
