Donald I did what you said but its still not working for me. It should have shown ads at some places atleast if not all but it isn't. Can you please look into it once again and advice accordingly.

Also it isn't showing ads in personal messenger or above the fast reply box. What should I do to put them up?

@ cyrtocara: I do not know why the DB Customization Manager would need with my setup directory? You may need to ask Michael at Coders Refuge why it needs access to a setup folder for an application. Also, I have the DB Customization Manager installed here as well, and I do not get that error. So just ask Michael. It may just be an error on your end.

 

@ Jacks: To remove the ad in the header, go to ACP -> Tools & Settings -> Global Ads System Settings and turn off the setting for Global Header. Also, please tell me what your ad sizes are and what ad slot number they are. But when I was troubleshooting it with my pub id and ad slot numbers, it was showing up pretty good in all places as far as I could tell. But I'll take another look k. Also, send me a screenshot of your google ads manager that shows your ads, that will help me figure out your exact slot numbers and sizes as well. Send it by pm in the Details PM topic k.

@ Jacks: The reason the ads for below and above fast reply aren't showing is because you have ads already showing. For some odd reason, Google Ads are limited to showing only 3 per page view. It's weird. So if you were to remove the ad at the top of the page, and the one below the one above topic view, it should make the one below first post and above fast reply work. Do you see what I am saying?

Its not just an isolated case, even I am having same issue/problem as described by the cyrtocara above.

I have disabled the other hook which showed the ads above the topic view , below fast reply and after first post, so hopefully I should get the desired results now.

Alright, I took a look at your pics, and seems to be correct. I then took a look at your topic view from the front end, and your ad at the top, right above the Guest Message mod, you should probably disable that ad so that your ad above Fast Reply will show up. Or if you plan on leaving that top one there, just disable the ad above fast reply. Your choice mate. :) Other than that, every other ad seems to be working correctly.

Does your host give you the ability to use custom php.ini files? If so, and if your host has cPanel (this just makes the FTP side more user friendly and organizational), I may be able to install the ionCube Loaders for you.

cPanel ist not installed on my hosting package. The ionCube Loaders task looks to much of a hassle. Installing the old version would be so much easier.

I know the old version would be easier for everyone, but I am not taking any chances with my products getting slapped on every warez site out there. I would suggest asking your host if they have the ionCube Loaders installed or if they would install them for you. I'm sorry, but the older non-encoded releases aren't for download anymore.

Uninstalled it! The board is up again! However, this is NOT interesting for me if its only for google ads, not OWN ads! Is it???? I tried the free one where you get banner over or under the fast reply! However, if I put my own banner in the custom bos, IE shows "page not found" over where the google ads should have been shown!

ionCube, do I need that for ANY other applications for IPB? If so, yes, but I'll send them a email! Sounds weird though

Just a select few apps for IPB3 require ionCube Loaders. A few of them are my apps, Sacred, and I believe MPFF is doing the same, not sure though. But anyway, yeah, send your host an email about the ionCube Loaders. But my best guess is that the ionCube Loaders are not in the right path because of the first few errors. The reason being is because, if the ionCube Loaders weren't installed at all, then you should not get the first few errors about the ionCube Loaders not being in the right path. So I think your host does have the ionCube Loaders, but they did not configure the path right.

Ok! Can we solve this differntly? Like if you program away the google adsense part of the free version of google adsense banner, all I need is just the custom banner you can fit there. However, if no input on the google adsense, you get page error above your custom ad over fast reply. If you fix this I would be happy! Because its all I need and that installed well!
