Ajax Live Search

The Ajax Live Search (ALS) is an Ajax based search system that displays search results while typing in the keyword(s). This hook uses the jQuery library and was developed on IPB 3.4.2. Works on 3.3.x too.

Please check out the Demo before you purchase the hook. Default language is English but Wou can translate all text bits to your own language.

How to Update?

1. Uninstall old version in ACP -> Hooks -> Ajax Live Search -> Uninstall Hook (not disable)
   
2. Install the new version
   
3. Upload the contents of the "upload" folder and overwrite old file(s)
   

Important:

This version searches for topic titles and sorts the results by last post date. I will add more options and functionality in future versions. New 1.x.x Versions will are free to download for purchasers of 1.x.x

Installation:

1. Upload the contents of the "uploads" folder to your home directory

2. Install the hook (als.xml) via Admin CP

3. Go to "AL Search" Settings and configure it

4. Done!

De-Installation:

1. Uninstall the hook in the Admin CP

2. Delete als_search.php from the /public/ folder

3. Done!
