Tiberium Studios? will be hiring new staff members for the following Groups:

1. Super Moderators (Hiring 4)

Duties Required:

1. To be-able to Maintain and Manage new threads and posts accordingly in every forum that your group is assigned to and to warn (if for probable reason) of inappropriate language, content & misuse of the forum features.
   
2. Super Moderators Will Only Moderate the CnC Modding Command Centre if they are asked to by the appropriate Groups:
   1. TUS
      
   2. RAUL
      
   3. GUS
      

   [*]Super Moderators still moderate Mod Announcements.

   [*]News Posters (Hiring 2)

   
   Duties Required:
   
   1. To Maintain and Manage posts in the News section of Tiberium Studios?
      
   2. To Post new topics about the CnC Community and events for Tiberium Studios?
      
   3. Events are discussed in the Staff Discussions -> Events forum.
      

   [*]Tiberium Universe Specialists (Hiring 3)

   
   Duties Required:
   
   1. To be-able to Maintain and Manage new threads and posts accordingly and to warn (if for probable reason) of inappropriate language, content & misuse of the forum features.
      
   2. To assist other members and modders with problems with their mods and/or editing errors.
      

   [*]Red Alert Universe Leaders (Hiring 3)

   
   Duties Required:
   
   1. To be-able to Maintain and Manage new threads and posts accordingly and to warn (if for probable reason) of inappropriate language, content & misuse of the forum features.
      
   2. To assist other members and modders with problems with their mods and/or editing errors.
      

   [*]Generals Universe Staff (Hiring 3)

   
   Duties Required:
   
   1. To be-able to Maintain and Manage new threads and posts accordingly and to warn (if for probable reason) of inappropriate language, content & misuse of the forum features.
      
   2. To assist other members and modders with problems with their mods and/or editing errors.
      

   [*]Graphics Specialists (Hiring 3)

   
   Duties Required:
   
   1. To be-able to Maintain and Manage new threads and posts accordingly and to warn (if for probable reason) of inappropriate language, content & misuse of the forum features.
      
   2. To fulfill Graphic Requests by a member. Graphic Requests are limited to 10 per week. You may also decline the request if you do not wish to take the task, & the next staff member may take the task.
      
   3. If a GS Staff member does not take the task, then a member may volunteer for the task.
      
   4. To ensure no inappropriate Requests are asked.

I was wondering, how many staff members do you have already and would the news posters be fully responsible for searching the internet looking for stuff to post?

 

Also another question, is this site and forum going to stick around through its infancy with dedicated staff?

 

The reason I ask that question is because I have been a part of a few budding communities but they all flopped. One in particular flopped when the owner decided it didn't get enough members quick enough and nobody except me was dedicated to maintaining everything. It's a real kick in the nuts when you put a lot of time into something thinking it's going to be around for a long time but then it disapears because someone got bored.

We currently have two(2) Super Moderators at the moment, which do not show up they like should be. We are still looking for members to join.

 

For your first question, Yes, you will be completely in charge of what news is posted and what happens in the News section. As the Duties are listed above, those are your main objectives for your assigned area. You have full control over your assigned area: Posting Topics, Deleting unwanted user posts such as spam, & Move topics/posts.

 

To answer your second question, No, we will not flop. I am the soul provider of this site and will always have this site up and running no matter how the site looks or members wise. I personally pay for the hosting of this site to keep it running.
