Group Joining System

This application is perfect for you if you have users wanting to join a certain group.

 

It lets users post a request for a group, which will be then sent to an administrator and/or any other person that you decide to help you managing requests ('moderators of requests').

 

But not all users, only users that satisfy some requirements will be able to post a request, like age, current group, reputation etc etc.

The application comes with an innovative "Question System", that means that, for each group, you create some questions that users will have to reply before posting their request. This is useful if you want to know more about each user, and will help you with your decisions.

 

Every request will have a status:

- Not Yet Considered: like the name says, the request has been posted but no one has still considered it yet.

- In Pending: someone of your staff (or you), has read the request. You're now taking your time with that, you might want to know how the user act in your board before taking your decision.

- Accepted: this means that the request has been accepted, but not yet confirmed by an administrator.

- Confirmed: the request has been confirmed, and the user has joined the group requested.

- Refused: Something's wrong with this request/user, and has been refused.

Note that no matter how much this application has been tested, it will still be affected by bugs not foreseen by us.
