The Contact System is a highly customizable Feedback/Contact form, fully integrated with IP.Board as a zero file and skin edit application. Including sophisticated security features, custom fields and the option to allow attachments.

Contact System v3.1.2 feature list:

• Template hook overrides the existing contact admin link on error pages to redirect members to contact system instead.
• Search and filter options for contact logs allow you to quickly manage logs.
• Optional confirmation email to let members know there message was received.
• Export all logs in SQL or CSV format and an option to export selected logs to SQL or CSV format.
• Option to add the attachment system to either the contact logs or topic alerts.
• Send reply emails within the Contact System.
• Automated generated rss feed for latest messages.
• AJAX view message box within the Contact Logs.
• Optional utilization of the inbuilt IP.Board RTE editor.
• Contact System now checks against the inbuilt IP.Board ban filter list for banned names and email addresses.
• Optional custom information box, can be filled with alternative contact information, help and faq info, pre contact rules etc..
• Newly designed Contact Logs page with multi-delete and search functions.
• 0 skin edits and 0 file edits required, just upload the required files and run the application installer.

• Flood Limit: The flood limit will ensure a user with the same ip trying to flood you with spam will be stopped with an error message.

Contact Custom Fields:

Allows you to quickly and effortlessly add custom fields to the contact system without the need to edit source code. Supported field types include:

• Text Input
• Dropdown Box
• Multi-Select Dropdown
• Radio Buttons
• Check Boxes
• Text Area
• Password

Per Subject Alert Options:

Allows you to send out emails or pms to individuals or whole user groups as well as create a topic when ever someone sends you a message, these alert options are managed as per subject (each subject can be setup differently), for example you can create a "feedback and suggestions" subject and set it to create a topic in the staff forum and send all the members in the group "moderators" a pm alert.

• Create, edit and delete each subject within the Admin Control Panel.
• Group permissions for each subject, allows you to create special subjects for specific groups.
• Optional send out an alert via pm system to indivual or whole user groups.
• Optional send out an alet via email to individual or whole user groups.
• Optional create topic in selected forum when subject is chosen when sending.
