I was wondering, how many staff members do you have already and would the news posters be fully responsible for searching the internet looking for stuff to post? Also another question, is this site and forum going to stick around through its infancy with dedicated staff? The reason I ask that question is because I have been a part of a few budding communities but they all flopped. One in particular flopped when the owner decided it didn't get enough members quick enough and nobody except me was dedicated to maintaining everything. It's a real kick in the nuts when you put a lot of time into something thinking it's going to be around for a long time but then it disapears because someone got bored. Cheers, Proudy.
