Shows an Identicon for users who have not selected an Avatar. The Identicon is generated uniquely for each member, using a hash of their email address. The size of the Identicon can be set using a setting added with this hook. The Identicon is created on demand, and saved in the /uploads folder, so that it can be reloaded from there instead of regenerating it each time.
